Use of this website
This website is intended for professional heating and renewable energy installers based in the United Kingdom. You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or its availability to others.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to BLC Promotions Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
The InstallrHub platform
Access to the InstallrHub installer platform (survey dashboard, credits system, account management) is subject to separate commercial terms agreed during onboarding. These website terms do not constitute an agreement to provide platform access.
We make reasonable efforts to keep survey data accurate and appointments confirmed. However, we do not guarantee availability of surveys in any particular region or at any particular time. Credits are used at your own discretion.
No-shows and cancellations
Our policy on no-shows, same-day cancellations, and credit refunds is set out in your platform agreement. These website terms do not override or replace those commercial terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLC Promotions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the InstallrHub platform. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
